TUITION PAYMENTS

Thanks to all the families who have been faithful in submitting their monthly tuition payments on time each month.  Tuition payments are due by the 15th of every month.

Statements will be going out next week to those families who are behind in their payments.  Please be diligent in meeting your financial obligations to the school.  Like your family income that helps pay your personal bills, prompt tuition payments are necessary for us to pay our bills on time also.

BAND PAYMENTS

A reminder—Quarterly band payments of $50 are due this Monday, October 27.

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES

Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for November 6th and 7th.  Conference sheets are on the table outside the office doors. Childcare is available during Parent Teacher Conference on Thursday, November 6, 2008 from 5-8 pm.  Bring your child to the Church Nursery while you visit with your child's teacher.

CHAPEL OFFERING UPDATE

Thank you, students and families, for all of the contributions for our Global Care bags.  The next four weeks we will be collecting monetary offerings to pay for the shipping of the bags to various locations all over the world.  We are still in need of 46 toy items, 22 rulers, 31 pairs of scissors, 45 coloring books and 25 boxes of colored pencils.  Thank you for helping us reach our goal of 125 bags.  It would be great if we could assemble them before Thanksgiving.

DENTAL EXAMS

Kindergarten, Second and Sixth grade students are required to have dental exams.  There are still a number of students who have not turned theirs in. Please schedule your appointments now. If you are unsure if you have turned one in for your child, please call the school office.

TRANSPORTATION REIMBURSEMENT

Transportation Reimbursement forms are in the office.  Any K-8 family who lives farther than 1 ½ miles from school is encouraged to sign up.

DOES YOUR CHILD NEED EXTRA SPANISH HELP?

If your child needs help or has questions about his/her Spanish assignments, I will be available in the Spanish Classroom/Library every Wednesday after school from 3:15 – 4:00.

Tickets will be sent home with the athletes on Monday 10/27 for them to sell.

Ticket price: ADULTS - $6.00, STUDENTS - 1st-5th - $4.00, KIDS 5 AND UNDER - EAT FREE
