THANKS FOR THE WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!!!!!!!! What a wonderful surprise to come to school and find my door decorated!!! Thanks for all of the gifts, goodies, and kind words!! I am truly thankful for all of you!!!
Our memory for next week is-
A. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is Christ the Lord. Luke 2:11
B. Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. Psalm 95:6
We will not start a new story next week in our reading books. We will not have new spelling words either. We will be reviewing and catching up. The week is going to be very busy so it will be nice to have this time to catch our breath.
Our Chapel offerings are Girls-canned fruits. Boys-canned vegetables!! Thanks for your help!
The St. John Christmas Service is Tuesday, December 16th at 6:30 in the gym. Students are to report to their classrooms at 6:10. You may pick up your child in our classroom after the service. They have been working very hard on this. It is going to be very nice.
Our class party will be on Friday, December 19th at 2pm. I sent a reminder home last week as to who is helping. If you have any questions, please let me know.
We have a special Reader’s Theater that we are preparing for you. We will present it on Friday, December 19th after our party at about 2:50. It will be in our classroom. You are invited to come and see it but if you can’t it is ok too.
Next week in Spanish class we will have a “taste of tamales”. In order for us to do this activity we need a donation of $3 to buy the tamales, drinks, napkins and plates. Please send the money to school on Monday. I will then pass it on to Senora Martina. Thank you!
Thanks again for helping me celebrate my birthday!!! It was wonderful!!!!
If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.
God’s Blessings on your weekend,
