WELCOME BACK!
School begins on Wednesday, August 20th. Doors open at 8:00 a.m. with an early dismissal of 11:30. Normal school hours are 8:15 – 3:15.
SUMMER MAILING
Everyone who is registered should have received a summer mailing that contained a school supply list, school calendar, fee sheet, lunch menu, band sign up form and information telling a little bit about our school. Please call the school office at 359-1714 if you did not receive one.

MEDICINE
If your child has to take medicine for any reason, please do not send it with them. We need to keep it in the school office. We need your written consent for over the counter medication and we need a doctor’s signature for any prescription medication.
BAND
5th – 8th Graders are eligible to sign up for band. If your student is interested, please notify the school office and Jerry Loyet, our Band Director, will be in contact with you.
ATHLETICS
FALL SPORTS SIGN UP FOR 5th – 8th GRADE
Fall Sports such as Volleyball and Soccer will start up soon after school begins. If you missed orientation night, please come to the school office to pay your fees and to make sure that your information (phone number, e-mail address, etc.) is still correct. Soccer fees are $40.00 and Volleyball fees are $60.00 per season. Remember to turn in your sports physicals at that time also.
We have home volleyball games on Saturday, Sept. 6th, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with the last game starting at 4:00 p.m. Two games will be Tuesday, Sept. 16th beginning at 6:00 p.m. and one game is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 7th beginning at 5:00. If you are interested in working in the concession stand for the home volleyball games, this would be a great opportunity to get your FAITH hours in early. You don’t have to have a child who is in athletics to enjoy coming and cheering on the RAMS sporting events and helping out St. John Athletics.

MARKET DAY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We will be having a Market Day frozen food sale this August just in time for the new school year! It’s time to stock up on those lunchbox favorites, after school snacks, and delicious meats, entrees, vegetables and more! You can pick up an order form in the school office or visit www.marketday.com to place an order! If you order using the form, please return it to the school office by 3:30pm on the due date.

We would need help from 11:15 a.m. until 1:15 p.m. on the dates listed above. More information regarding Market Day will be sent home with your children when the September order forms are sent home after Labor Day.
