The PTF Auction committee is considering several possible fundraising goals. The committee hopes to select one main goal that may directly benefit students of St. John’s School, and possibly another goal that may benefit the teachers. The goals that are set for this year’s Auction will be decided by our next PTF meeting in October 2008.
*Any funds raised in excess of budgeted amounts will be set aside for Allocations at the end of the school year. Fundraisers currently set aside for allocation funds are Fun Fair, Family Pizza Night, and Danville Gardens Gift Card Sale. Allocated Funds are designated to help teachers educate the students more effectively through the use of additional teaching aids, materials, equipment, etc. as approved through the PTF.
