STUDENT COUNCIL’S CHRISTMAS CANDY-GRAM SALE!

The St. John Student Council has a wonderful way to send your friends, chapel buddies, and teachers and staff a special Christmas greeting!

Starting next Monday, December 10th we will be selling Christmas Candy-Grams.  A candy-gram is a candy cane treat with a little Christmas note attached.  The perfect way to wish someone a very Merry Christmas!  They will be 25 cents a piece or 5 for one dollar!  We will be selling them through Friday, December 14th.  Spread a little Christmas cheer and put a smile on someone’s face!  A member of the student council will be visiting each room every morning of next week to see if anyone wants to purchase a candy-gram.  So, bring your money starting on Monday!

SCRIP
Thank you to those who have participated in the SCRIP program!  We hope you have begun using your gift cards and are enjoying the convenience.  A summary of the purchases you have made through SCRIP as well as a summary of the tuition credit you will be receiving will be sent home in a sealed envelope with your child early next week.    As December is the last tuition payment for this school year, SCRIP tuition credits will be applied to your family’s account for next year’s registration deposit.  This will include all credits accumulated as of now as well as all others accumulated up to that time.

For those of you who have not yet participated, it’s not too late!  We will be placing one more order before Christmas vacation.  Orders are due in the new lockbox outside the office door no later than 12 pm, this Tuesday, December 11th.  They will be available for pick-up Wednesday, December 19th from 8 am – 3:15 pm (just in time for vacation and last minute shopping)!   You can get your friends and family to sign up as well.  Just pick up one of the extra information packets or order forms which are available in the school office and on the Narthex table.   Don’t forget to remind them there are two ways to order:  using the order form attached to the information packet or on-line.  You can get your family something they‘ll love while crediting your tuition at the same time.

SCRIP gift cards also make great stocking stuffers.  Now available, you may purchase a package of 16 Holiday Gift Card Wrappers for $5.60 with 20% credit for your tuition or organization.  With Christmas just around the corner, many retailers are now offering increased credit percentages for a limited time only.  So hurry!  Check it out!  Go to www.glscrip.com.  Click on “What’s New” to see the long list of retailers offering Holiday Bonus Discounts.  Also, we are pleased to announce that Wal-Mart gift cards are now available!
